Spring Cleaning for Your Soul

Image
Spring Cleaning for Your Soul Have you ever noticed how the world seems to "exhale" this time of year? Here in Atlanta, the transition from the fiery push of early spring into the grounded, lush green of Taurus season is such a powerful reminder of how nature reboots itself. But for many of us, April has felt a bit… chaotic. If you’ve been feeling restless, scattered, or like you’re vibrating at a frequency that’s just slightly "off," there’s a reason for that. We are currently navigating a Universal 5 Month —a time defined by pivots, freedom, and rapid change. It’s an exciting energy, but it can feel like heavy "static" if we aren't aligned. The problem? We often try to plant new dreams in soil that is still cluttered with last year’s debris. Identifying the "Karmic Weeds" In my journey from the corporate climb to a holistic practice, I’ve realized that we don't just "get stuck" by accident. We get stuck because we are still ...

The Hidden Rhythm of Our Careers: Why We Get Stuck in Recurring Patterns

The Hidden Rhythm of Our Careers:  Why We Get Stuck in Recurring Patterns Have you ever noticed that life sometimes seems to have a "playlist" that repeats over and over in our work life? See if this resonates with you. We might change the office, the city, or the job title, yet somehow, we find ourselves hearing that same old song and everything still feels "meh". Perhaps it’s a specific type of friction with leadership, a recurring feeling of being overlooked, or that familiar, heavy "static" that tells us we are out of sync with our true purpose but where to go from here? When we find ourselves in these loops, it’s easy to feel frustrated or to start questioning our own talents or even value. But in my journey as a prior corporate career climber who is not living in my alignment, I am a coach and holistic practitioner who blends the psychology of the mind with the science of metaphysics, I’ve discovered that we are not failing . We have value - YOU ha...

Shadow Work for Professionals

Image
Shadow Work for Professionals Is Your "Hidden Frequency" Sabotaging Your Career? In the professional world, we are taught to polish our resumes, sharpen our skills, knowledge, and credentials while managing our personal brands. We spend decades building a professional persona (aka, a mask)—the version of us that is competent, confident, composed, and in control. Whether your work is primarily in the for-profit, non-profit, or public sector, the mask is very similar.  However you got to the professional world, either through technical schools, military, internal promotions, or a the college/university path, you at some point started to implement a protective adaptation of who you want to present to the external world so that you seem "normal" while having the best chance of acceptance and success. With 25 years in Human Resources, a Master’s in Psychology, and an ongoing PhD program in Metaphysical Sciences, I can tell you that everyone goes through this transition...

The Metaphysical Science of "Stuck"

Image
The Metaphysical Science of Stuck  Why Your Brain Loves Patterns, but Your Soul Pushes Back Have you ever felt like you’re living the same day, month, and year over and over  again? Even when you change the scenery, the job, or even a relationship, you find that the underlying "rhythm" of your life feels stagnant and maybe just unfulfilling. This is the feeling of "stuck" In my 25 years in HR and through my studies in Coaching Psychology and Metaphysical Sciences, I’ve seen this "stuckness" play out in so many lives (yes, mine too!) . But it wasn't until I really leaned into the world of Healing Harmonics and Metaphysics that I understood more about WHY  it happens—and how to actually break the loop. The Brain: The Pattern Seeker From a psychological and biological standpoint, our brains are a sort of bio-chemical "machine" for survival. It loves predictability and creates "neural pathways"—these are like the distinct grooves in...

Why Your Personal Development Isn't Working: You Need a Tuning Fork, Not a Hammer.

Image
Good to See you, Tribe!  I felt called talk about something special that I think will resonate with you.  Let me know what speeks to you in this piece today. You're a seeker. You've read the books, done the guided meditations, and paid for the courses. Yet, the same three things seem to often happen: ☆ Temporary Relief: You feel great for a few days or weeks. ☆ The Slump: The anxiety, the exhaustion, or the boundary issues return. ☆ The Guilt: You blame yourself for not being "spiritual enough." The truth is, you're not the problem . The problem is that you are applying generic, one-size-fits-all solutions to a soul that has a unique, personalized energetic code. The Myth of the Universal Solution Imagine you have a priceless, vintage piano. If it sounds flat, you wouldn't take a hammer to it, and you certainly wouldn't hire a generic handyman. You'd call a master tuner. Your soul is that piano. Every spiritual system—from journal...

Why am I a Coach?

Image
Hello Tribe! I'm writing a spontaneous post because...that's kinda my thing! I love being spontaneous because it feels right for me. I recently took a personality quiz that revealed I'm a very right-brained and creative extravert which is true most of the time. The only time I'd say I'm very introverted is when I'm forced to be contained within a box of a structured life around all left-brained brilliant minds who might call me too "woo-woo"; well, then, I'm reserved and quiet while trying to survive. The world needs these structured people - I'm just not one of them. Having my entire life planned through the best years of my life from 8am to 5pm more than 70% of every week is kind of what I would describe as hell. Seriously, sitting in an office at a desk when the weather is amazing outside and I don't touch nature for weeks because I'm too tired, well for me, that's a recipe for depression for me and probably lots of people like m...

Sacred Eight: Soul-Led Through the 8th Key

Image
If numbers carry a vibe, 8 is powerful. It looks like the infinity symbol standing upright, and in numerology it represents mastery of the material world—power, achievement, structure, and the karmic law of cause and effect. Through a Chaldean lens, it’s Saturn’s sober accountability and long timelines. Through Kabbalah, it’s Hod: the sphere of structure, language, and ethical accounting. Eight is also a very mental energy where ideas form seeds for your future.  Think of 8 as full of prosperity with precision—success built to last and guided by conscience. What 8 symbolizes across traditions is a central theme to this week’s blog because it’s important to develop a well-rounded perspective. I do not subscribe to the idea that one belief system is better than another because it is just a very limited mindset to only accept to consider one pathway when there are an infinite number of them. When we are curious we expand and when we block out new ideas, we see contraction occur. I wan...
